Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Customer Service Advisor, providing comprehensive assistance across various customer inquiries. You will use our Customer Relationship Management system to access vital customer information, such as scanned application forms and relevant documents. Your main responsibility will be to utilize our repository of information and FAQs to ensure each customer receives top support.
You will engage with customers via phone, written communication, or web chat, delivering tailored solutions. Some accounts may involve handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring discretion and sensitivity.
Note: This role is based in Preston with a hybrid working model; you are required to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Training will be remote but may be office-based in Preston.

Requirements
