We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Manager on behalf of our client. This is a key role for a confident, knowledgeable ER professional with strong experience who can operate effectively in a complex, highly regulated environment and support managers through challenging people matters. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, attendance, capability, and performance, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation Provide expert ER advice and guidance to managers and senior leaders across the organisation Support organisational change activity, including restructures, consultations and workforce change programmes Coach and develop managers to apply policies consistently and confidently, strengthening ER capability across the organisation Ensure robust governance, accurate documentation and adherence to frameworks, policies and best practice Use ER data and trends to inform decisions, manage risk and support continuous improvement in people managementSkills & Experience Required: Significant experience in an Employee Relations or HR role within the NHS or wider public sector Strong working knowledge of policies, procedures and best practice, including handling complex and high‑risk ER cases Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and confidence providing independent, pragmatic advice Strong stakeholder management skill...
