A modern, technology-driven conveyancing group is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Leeds team on a hybrid basis.

The Role
Following a comprehensive Learning and Development induction, you will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload tailored to your experience.
Your work will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
1. You will manage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client service while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
What You’ll Need
* At least 15 months’ conveyancing experience managing a caseload of the above files.
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
