Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, preparing accurate accounts and financial statements.
* Review and supervise work prepared by junior team members.
* Maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive advice and support.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
* Assist with audits, tax returns, and other ad-hoc financial projects.
* Support the continuous improvement of processes and efficiency within the finance team.
About the Candidate
You are an experienced Accounts Senior with several years’ experience in accounts practice, managing client portfolios and preparing accurate financial statements. You are confident reviewing the work of junior team members and providing proactive advice to clients. Organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take ownership of your responsibilities while contributing to the success of the finance team. While qualifications are desirable, candidates Qualified by Experience are encouraged to apply.
