We are looking to recruit 2 skilled individuals who have experience working with young people as Learning Support Assistants across Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6) Role 1: 5 days/week, 27.5 hours Role 2: 5 mornings/week, 15 hours For both roles, you will be working with small groups of students and individuals who may have learning, behavioural, physical or emotional difficulties. Additionally, you will be providing general support for the class teacher. We are looking for someone who: is supportive of our inclusive ethos and committed to meeting the needs of all children has a good level of education including mathematics and English enjoys working with others and has a positive outlook in all situations has high expectations of themselves and others, and is focussed on raising standards will support our school’s Christian ethos.
