Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Are you confident managing a classroom and ensuring students stay on track with their learning? A well-supported school in Doncaster is seeking a dependable Cover Supervisor to step in and maintain continuity during teacher absences.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment. You will ensure students remain focused, follow instructions and complete their work, while managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson content across a range of subjects
* Maintain strong classroom management and uphold behaviour standards
* Ensure students stay engaged and complete assigned tasks
* Provide basic support and guidance during lessons
* Record and report on student behaviour and lesson progress
* Promote a safe and respectful learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people is desirable
* Confident communication and classroom presence
* Ability to manage behaviour effectively and remain calm under pressure
* Flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and settings
* A genuine interest in supporting students in education
