The Role
The Senior Sales Advisor reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for the sales aspects of the day‑to‑day running of the development, while providing first‑line support for Sales Advisors and assisting Sales Managers to achieve or exceed sales targets and progress reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.
Responsibilities
* Act as first line of support for Sales Advisors and assist Sales Managers, providing cover during absences.
* Support training, coaching, mentoring and development of Sales Advisors; assist with induction of new team members.
* Effectively use Bellway’s CRM system, maintaining accurate records and sharing knowledge with other users.
* Achieve sales targets set by senior management and ensure the site is presented to a high standard.
* Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and legal completions, providing full and accurate information.
* Proactively collaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to propose ideas that increase sales.
* Guide customers through show homes, stock plots and the site, demonstrating products and features and ensuring visitors are aware of Bellway’s Health and Safety Policy.
* Liaise with Site Manager to arrange customer meetings promptly.
* Assist customers post‑completion with any repairs or customer issues.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, processes and standards.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills
* Experience within the housebuilding industry (beneficial).
* Experience delivering an excellent customer experience.
* Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
* Experience in property sales and marketing process.
* Thorough knowledge of the home buying/conveyancing process.
* Experience dealing with people in a customer‑focused environment including home visits.
* Experience establishing effective working relationships with other property professionals and outside agencies.
Qualifications and Training
* Current full UK driving licence.
* Access to a vehicle for business use as required.
Skills and Aptitude
* Strong initiative to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet sales/completion targets.
* Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new systems.
* Effective communication with stakeholders and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work alone or within a team environment.

Role and Working Conditions
Predominantly a site‑based role with occasional travel to divisional offices. Flexible working hours and location, including weekends and occasional evenings as required.
