We are now expanding into online marketplaces and are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to help us set up, grow and optimise our presence across key partner platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new revenue channel for the business.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and quality of our marketplace listings, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and compelling presentation across partner channels.
You will work closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing and Buying teams to ensure all marketplace activity is aligned with business strategy and seasonal trading plans.

Key Responsibilities
Source, upload and maintain imagery for brands, products and campaigns.
Set up initial brand profiles in line with marketing and merchandising plans, ensuring products are optimised per marketplace.
Prioritise key partners aligned with growth targets and brand values.
Upload and maintain seasonal product ranges according to the trading calendar.
Gather required assets and product information to meet each partner's specifications.
Support onboarding for new marketplace partners and ensure accurate product data, imagery and PDP content pre‑launch.
Identify process gaps or promotional opportunities and find practical solutions for growth.
Maintain the marketplace trading calendar and ensure launch deadlines are met.
Track performance, highlight risks/opportunities and support reactive trading decisions.
Monitor forecasts and stock levels to ensure marketplace availability is optimised.
Prepare analysis and contribute to weekly trading meetings.
Provide product, pricing and trend insight for quarterly business reviews.
Conduct competitor and data driven analysis to identify new growth opportunities. ‑driven analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Provide support to the Head of Marketing as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Strong in Excel, highly numerical and analytical
Experienced with Linnworks or similar systems.
Experienced in marketplace trading.
Systems orientated with excellent attention to detail. ‑orientated with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, hands-on, and willing to take initiative‑on, and willing to take initiative
A flexible and supportive team player
A strong communicator with sound planning and project coordination skills.
Ideally degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines. ‑qualified in Marketing
Location
Chalgrove, Oxfordshire (OX44 7RW) — Hybrid role with two days per week in the office.
