An opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified GP, either about to finish their CCT or qualified in the last 2 years. The position is for 6 sessions per week. You will join a dedicated team of GPs and supportive nursing and administration teams. We work from purpose built premises and provide a full range of Enhanced Services and Chronic Disease Management.
We are a training practice and there will be an opportunity and support for the candidate to become a trainer.

High QOF achievers
Extensive enhanced services and chronic disease management (including minor surgery, anti-coagulation, implant and IUCD fitting)
Paper-light using SystmOne
Low home visit rate

The post-holder will deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
About us
We are a friendly, welll-organised 3 Partner Practice serving around 8,500 patients. We are also part of 5 practices that make up the North Easington Primary Care Network which has an excellent track record for collaboration, care and support.
Our Practice Team includes 3 GPs Partners, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists as well as a very experienced Nursing team and supportive administration team.
We have regular clinical meetings, practice meetings and MDT meetings as well as Protected Time in / time out sessions.
There are opportunities for the candidate to develop special interests and take a lead role in specific areas of chronic disease management.
