The Social Media Executive is responsible for capturing and creating engaging photo and video content that brings the CÉ LA VI experience to life across digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role focuses on producing dynamic social content - from filming and editing reels to curating posts that showcase the venue’s atmosphere, food, events, and lifestyle.
Working closely with the marketing and venue teams, the Social Media Executive manages day-to-day social content while supporting campaigns, events, and digital updates, ensuring all visuals reflect CÉ LA VI’s brand and vibrant energy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a monthly social content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, aligning with key campaigns, events, and seasonal moments.
* Stay deeply connected to the social media landscape, with a strong awareness of platform trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
* Maintain a genuine interest in the restaurant, nightlife, and hospitality scene, identifying culturally relevant moments and opportunities for timely, engaging content.
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content that captures the atmosphere, food, people, and energy of the venue.
* Attend events, activations, and key service moments to capture real-time photography and video for live and reactive social storytelling.
* Produce engaging, trend-led short-form video content, including reels and UGC-style assets designed to maximise reach and engagement.
* Write compelling, brand-aligned captions and social copy that reflect the tone, personality, and lifestyle positioning of the brand.
* Schedule and publish social content, monitor performance metrics, and compile monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
* Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
* Contribute creative ideas for collaborations, influencer moments, content series, and social-first experiences.
* Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to produce photography, video, and creative assets that support wider marketing initiatives.
* Organise and maintain the digital content library.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Experience in a creative or digital content role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury.
* Excellent videography and photography skills – both camera and mobile.
* Skilled in Premiere Pro (or similar), Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
* Confident visual storyteller with strong editing ability.
* Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging trends.
* Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple projects.
* Flexible for some evening and weekend events.
* Passionate about food, nightlife, music and premium hospitality.
