Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for a role where you can drive real impact? We're partnering with a national Charity seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 12–month fixed–term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision–making and adding value across a range of departments. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights that influence performance and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge
* Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis
* Support cost control and value–for–money initiatives
* Deliver financial modelling to support strategic projects and investment decisions
* Assist in year–end processes and liaise with external auditors as needed
About You:
* Qualified or part–qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships with both finance and non–finance stakeholders
* Commercially astute with excellent analytical and Excel skills
* Experience in public sector / charity
