The role
As a Terminal Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer service requests, including depot queries, shunt planning and delivery, Reefer inquiries, and bonded storage requests. You will also have opportunities to participate in various projects, all while prioritizing health and safety.

Key responsibilities
* Handle customer queries, including communications with shipping lines and claims.
* Complete administration for yard and shunting services.
* Prepare reports detailing stock and repair information.
* Plan and issue shunts to ensure timely container movement.
* Process bonded requests for depot movements.
* Control internal tug access within Gate Management System / VBS for Freightliner and external bodies.
* Coordinate with senior managers for VBS slots and follow instructions.
* Book VBS for Pentalver and port movements, ensuring accuracy.
* Manage Reefer queries, liaising with Terminal MSO for settings and Genset releases.
Requirements
* Strong team player.
* Customer service focus.
* Knowledge of container ISO standards (preferred).
