Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join their dedicated Human Resources team on a full time, temporary basis. Responsibilities: In this varied and rewarding role, you will: * Advise and guide Headteachers, School Business Managers, and Senior Leaders on a wide range of HR-related issues. * Manage your own caseload of formal HR cases, including disciplinary, capability, sickness absence, and grievances. * Support casework in a professional and timely manner, providing practical and legally sound solutions. * Maintain and develop HR policies, procedures, guidance notes, and intranet content, ensuring clarity and accessibility. * Provide support and advice to managers, employees, and the HR team on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures. * Promote good practice in all aspects of people management and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal processes.
