About the role The Blavatnik School of Government is looking to recruit an Executive Officer who will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Academic Directors of Executive Programmes at the Blavatnik School of Government. This new role is central to enabling the Academic Directors to operate effectively across a wide range of activities, including programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the development of new initiatives As the postholder you will manage complex diaries and communications, coordinate meetings and engagements, prepare briefings and correspondence, and ensure effective follow-up on actions and priorities About you You are required to have proven experience of high-level diary and inbox management, and of managing the office of a senior member of staff and directly supporting a senior staff member in their duties. Highly attuned judgement and the ability to demonstrate a personal and diplomatic approach employing tact is also essential as well as a high degree of discretion, in dealing with a diverse range of people from a variety of cultures, including students, visitors.
