We are working with a top-tier Belfast law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Healthcare team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Healthcare practice, working on complex, high-profile healthcare matters, demonstrating sensitivity and discretion. The candidate will advise providers, professionals, and organisations on a range of healthcare matters, including regulatory compliance and governance, risk management, investigations, inquests, and general healthcare-related litigation and advisory work.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
* 4+ PQE;
* Strong background in healthcare matters, including regulatory, public law, litigation or advisory healthcare work;
* Excellent commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
