As a Home Manager, you will:

About You
The ideal Home Manager candidate will have:
Proven experience managing a large Nursing home.
Nurse qualified is preffered but not essential.
Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards.
Strong track record of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A person-centred approach and ability to inspire a team.
Experience with dementia or complex care delivery is desirable.
