* Local Candidate: Ideally, you will live within commuting distance of Welwyn Garden City.
What is required:
* Support a range of students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
* Collaborate with the clinical and educational team to deliver effective interventions and support strategies.
* Assist in developing individual learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
* Provide emotional and pastoral support to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
