Job Description
The Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:
3. Handling high-volume invoices
4. Keeping supplier records up to date
5. VAT
6. Ensuring payments go out correctly
7. Credit notes
8. Queries
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
9. Practical experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
10. SAP or ERP experience is desirable
11. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
13. Knowledge of accounting principles and supplier payment processes.
14. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
