Our client, a well-established franchised dealership in Aberdeen, is looking to recruit a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated service team. This role offers a chance to further develop your expertise within a reputable organisation, with the opportunity to upskill into light commercial vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

* Competitive salary up to £43,978, dependent on experience
* Potential OTE of over £48,000, including overtime and performance bonuses
* 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rota (flexible shift patterns available)

Key duties
* Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial vehicles, including vans and light commercials
* Utilising diagnostic tools and live data to identify faults across various vehicle models
* Completing accurate job cards, technical documentation, and reports
* Adhering strictly to manufacturer warranty and service procedures
* Supporting electric vehicle diagnostics and repairs (desirable but not essential)
* Maintaining tools and workshop standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Fully qualified Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification
* Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles or multi-vehicle fleets
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across different vehicle types
* Enthusiasm for upskilling and expanding technical expertise
* Own tools and a valid UK driving licence
* Professionalism, reliability, and a keen eye for detail
* An interest in electric vehicle technology is advantageous
