As a Learner Mentor, you will play a central role in creating a supportive environment where young people are listened to and encouraged to take on responsibility and realise their potential. You will be passionate about inspiring learners to help them progress in education and be successful post-16. Our Learner Mentor will be a confident, enthusiastic communicator, and have experience in working with and supporting a diverse range of learners. You will have experience of supporting learners with challenging behaviour to re-engage with education and be an effective communicator who is able to motivate and inspire 14-16 learners.
