We are looking for a Managed Service Contract (MSC) Account Manager to join our Commercial team.
Represent Sysmex UK as a MSC Account Manager for designated accounts. Reporting directly to the MSC Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic objectives, taking ownership of assigned targets, and driving growth.

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
8. Management of defined existing Sysmex UK primary MSC customers.
9. MSC promotion and business development.
10. Assess market trends and emerging technologies to identify potential partner suppliers for inclusion in Sysmex Managed Service Contracts.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new partner suppliers, negotiating mutually beneficial terms to meet customer requirements and create long-term partnerships.
Essential requirements for this role
12. Demonstrate experience and have a broad understanding of the pathology diagnostics market in the UK and Ireland.
13. Proven track record of bidding, negotiating and executing successful MSC contracts.
14. Demonstrates an excellent understanding and ability to communicate confidently on public sector procurement regulations and commercial contracts.
15. Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively to support sales / business development teams deliver their performance objectives.
16. Knowledge of the main laboratory-based partner supplier technologies and capabilities.
17. Experience of collaborating with partner suppliers to deliver mutual success in a Sysmex MSC contract.
18. Proven track record in developing business with a strong commercial focus.
19. Demonstrate stakeholder management and business relationship skills.
20. Excellent negotiation skills
21. Full driving license
The successful applicant may need to travel both nationally, and in the Republic of Ireland on occasion to complete key activities when required by the organisation.
