Facilities Maintenance Technician Department: Facilities Management Reports to: Technical Services Lead Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of building systems including furniture, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across client sites. Key Responsibilities Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems Monitor plant, equipment, and building services Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests Support installations, upgrades, and minor project works Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with H&S standards Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Provide support to facilities department to ensure contract delivery About You Experience in FM, building services, or maintenance engineering Knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, and controls Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good understanding of health & safety practices Reliable, organised, and team-focused Qualifications NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent technical qualification Full UK driving Licence (Essential) IOSH Working safely or equivalent Health & Safety Qualification (Preferred) 18th Edition, F-Gas, (advantageous) What We Offer Competitive salary overtime Pension scheme Training and career development Company tools, uniform & PPE Meal allowance Additional Information Travel between sites required On-call rota participation Occasional out of hours working may be required
