Manage booking queries, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and seamless operations. Maintain confidentiality and organization of personal files in compliance with data protection policies. Work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial, using the SAP system where errors could impact production. Support operations both on-site and across the wider business as required. Monitor the booking queries log and liaise with departments to close queries efficiently. Analyse international receipts for deliveries into the East Midlands gateway warehouse to ensure all records match across external and internal systems. Handle and produce KPIs via Comm Cell, organize personal files, and create communications for display on Comm Cells and Visual Boards. Promote a health-and-safety-first culture and follow all site safety policies. Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality. Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
