Service Advisor – Independent Family-Run Garage!
1. Location: Wimbledon, Greater London
2. Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
3. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm + Saturday rota (8:00am – 1:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Service Advisor:
4. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
5. Manage service bookings, maintain appointment schedules, and update customers on progress.
6. Provide accurate quotes and timelines for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
7. Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth job flow.
8. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates, vehicle health checks, and additional work recommendations.
9. Upsell additional services and accessories where suitable.
10. Handle parts ordering and job pricing.
11. Keep detailed and accurate service records and customer data.
What Our Client is Looking For:
12. Experience in a Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
15. Strong customer care focus with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
16. Confidence using automotive systems and databases (experience with parts and pricing advantageous).
17. Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, or MOT processes is preferred but not essential
Salary & Benefits:
18. £30,000 – £38,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
19. 20 days paid holiday + bank holidays.
