Responsibilities:
* Support students in accessing the curriculum
* Provide one-to-one and small-group SEN support
* Assist with individual learning plans
* Help manage behaviour and provide emotional support
* Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for supporting students with SEN
* Experience in education or care (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication, patience, and resilience
* Ability to work well within a team
