Your Role
As a Managing Consultant in our Insurance practice, you will work with some of the worlds largest commercial and personal lines Insurers – across Property/Casualty, Life and Health – to advise, shape, and deliver market-leading strategies, business models, and digital propositions.
What you will do:
* Design and lead streams of work, contributing to Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery, offers, knowledge sharing, and new business development.
* Apply a systems-thinking mindset, leveraging communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to achieve client objectives.
* Ensure the basics are right while adding value to clients through a mix of style and substance.
* Identify and analyze problems that may affect delivery and adoption of solutions.
* Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve business performance continuously.

Your Profile
You should have deep Insurance and Consulting experience, with innovative perspectives on the industry’s future. Familiarity with business and technology trends, Insurtech players, and leadership in teams is essential.
Key requirements:
* Management consulting experience with a proven track record in Property/Casualty, Life, or Health insurance.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management, with the ability to blend approaches.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly.
* Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
* Experience in people management and developing team members.
* Success in a matrixed organization, supporting consulting solutions development and delivery.
