Role Description
We are growing and always open to speaking with high-calibre individuals across Sales, Credit, and Operations.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Milton Keynes, suited to professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and want to build a long-term career in financial services.
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
* Managing and converting inbound and outbound opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Structuring and presenting funding solutions
* Supporting deals through to completion alongside lenders and internal teams
* Analysing client data and financials to support decision-making
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
* Contributing to team targets and overall business performance
* Supporting operational processes to improve efficiency and client experience
This opportunity spans a range of roles including Finance Brokers, Business Development Managers, Client Relationship Executives (CREs), Credit/Underwriting support, and Operational roles.
