What would day to day duties involves?
1. Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the commercial sector, leveraging existing client relationships and generating new business leads
2. Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share
3. Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into work
4. Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
5. Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
6. Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Commercial clients
7. Search and identify marketable candidates
8. Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times
