Were seeking a flexible, organised and confident person to join us as a Team Administrator
We have new a opportunity in our Great Northern-Thameslink Business Support Team to work as a Team Administrator. You will be based at our offices by Kings Cross Station for 3 days a week, working from home 2 days depending on Business needs. Reporting to the Business Support Manager.
Youll be responsible for:
* Providing high quality Administrative Support to the Thameslink and Great Northern Management Teams
* Working in partnership with other departments within TLGN and the wider business to ensure that all team activities are co-ordinated and support the overall priorities of the Business Support Team, including promoting successes and engagement with colleagues.
You should possess the following:
* Proven experience in a busy Administrative role, in a pressurised environment
* Previous experience of note/minute taking at meetings and have fast, accurate typing ability - (Essential)
* Strong organisational and planning skills - flexible approach with an ability to prioritise effectively
* Highly literate in the use of MS Office, databases and performance reporting systems such as PowerBI
* The potential to explore and interpret data thoroughly, with a high attention to detail and correctness
* Educated to GCSE or A Level standard
