Location: Commutable to Paddock Wood
Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Project Coordinator - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
* Project Coordinator position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and cladding systems
* Supporting the Contracts Managers and site teams in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution of projects
* Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver project status reports to managers
* Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
* Place material orders in line with project requirements and delivery dates
* Organise plant hire, delivery, and collection, including crane lifts as required
* Working on projects ranging in value up to £6m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
* Must have project coordination or associated experience such as procurement, buying or scheduling
* Experience in the construction industry, ideally familiar with roofing, cladding or facades
* High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
* Ability to work autonomously
