Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000
Job Summary: The Area Revenue Manager (After-Hours)is responsible forexecuting andoptimizingrevenue management strategies across a portfolio of assigned hotels during non-business hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Eastern Time). Working remotely from any continental U.S. time zone or Hawaii, this individual will serve as the primary revenue management contact during after-hours periods, ensuring continuity of strategy and maximizing same-day revenue and profitability.
This corporate-level role partners closely with the day team to carry out tactical rate and inventory management, system updates, and performance monitoring. The position will receive a formal handoff from the business-hours team, oversee in-day pricing and distribution decisions, and provide detailed reporting before the end of each shift.
Essential Functions and Duties:
1. Execute after-hoursrevenue strategies based on the daily handoff from the business-hours team, ensuring consistent implementation across assigned hotels.
2. Maximize same-day revenue and profitability by monitoring transient and group demand, system forecasts, and booking pace, and by makingtimelytactical adjustments in rate, inventory, and restrictions.
3. Manage inventory allocation controls and price positioning parameters within brand RMS, PMS, and distribution channels.
4. Validate and fine-tune brand RMS system recommendations, ensuring the integrity of rate structures and forecast accuracy.
5. Complete an Activity Tracker for each property summarizing actions, observations, and performance updates, andsubmitprior to the end of each shift.
6. Support the Regional/Area Director of Revenue Management in executing the overarching revenue management strategy andidentifyingopportunities for improvement.
7. Maintain pricing and distribution strategies across PMS, RMS, and extranets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with market conditions.
8. Produce daily and periodic reports as assigned, summarizing key metrics, system updates, and decisions made during after-hours oversight.
9. Collaborate with the broader revenue management team to ensure seamless communication and transition between day and after-hoursshifts.
10. Assistwith ad hoc analytical projects and provide input on pricing and yield decisions across market segments based on real-time trends.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
11. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, ora relatedfield preferred.
12. 3–5 years of experience in hotel revenue management; multi-property or corporateexperience stronglypreferred.
13. Solid understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, and demand analysis.
14. Proficiencywith major brand systems (e.g., Marriott One Yield, Hilton GRO, Hyatt PRIO,IDeaS, Duetto, etc.) and property management systems (PMS).
15. Ability to interpret and act upon STR, demand, and pace reports to inform tactical decisions.
16. Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation.
17. Strong communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to work independently during non-business hours.
18. Flexibility to work remotely from any continental U.S. time zone or Hawaii.

Work Environment:
• Primarily a seated, office-based role requiring frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Regular interaction with hotel General Managers, sales leaders, and ownership teams, both in person and remotely.
