Responsibilities
* Lead the MFL department and provide outstanding classroom practice.
* Build on current developments within the school and Trust to continue improving outcomes and raise aspirations for all students.
* Ensure effective and engaging teaching and learning across French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE).
* Support departmental resources to maintain a popular and well‑resourced subject.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Very good subject knowledge of French and/or Spanish.
* Clear understanding of effective and engaging teaching and learning.
* Ability to teach both languages to GCSE level is advantageous but not compulsory.
* Outstanding classroom practitioner capable of modelling hard work, positivity, and kindness.
