Administrator – Carringtons Residential Management Ltd
Carringtons is an accredited, fast-growing and well-respected managing agent. We provide day-to-day management of residential and commercial developments across London, Hertfordshire, Essex and surrounding areas. We are now looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Administrator to join our friendly team.
About The Role
As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing correspondence and documents.
* Drafting and sending letters and emails to clients.
* Handling telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
* Organising and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
* Managing diaries, arranging appointments and booking meeting rooms.
* Assisting with meeting preparation, including agendas and minutes.
* Liaising with colleagues, clients and external contacts.
* Joining Property Managers on site inspections.
* Taking minutes at client meetings on behalf of Property Managers.
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
* The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
* A confident, professional and polite telephone manner.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Discretion, reliability and honesty.
* A team-focused approach with the ability to use initiative.
* Previous administration experience is desirable, but not essential.
Progression and Development
This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a Property Manager. You will gain direct experience supporting our Property Managers and will be provided with mentoring and training. We also support our team in working towards professional qualifications with The Property Institute (TPI), ensuring long-term career growth within the property management industry.
