The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the key contact between customers and the workshop, based front of house in the showroom. Your role includes ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the team to meet KPIs and targets. The onboarding process includes an induction, shadowing, and buddy support.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous Service Advisor experience essential
* Seeking to advance your career in service advising
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage customer expectations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Supportive of complex customer issues with professionalism
* Tech-savvy, experience with CRM systems preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer relationships from booking to greeting on arrival
* Support and train new team members
* Ensure team performance and KPI achievement
* Enhance the customer journey proactively
* Support customer decision-making as a knowledgeable advocate
* Accurate administration of customer data
* Assist customers with future requirements
