We have an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career in management. We are looking for two highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Operational Services Managers to join the General Surgery Management Team within the Colorectal & UGI department. This post offers an excellent opportunity for development, gaining exposure to a wide range of operational issues within the General Surgery Directorate.
Responsibilities
* Develop within a management role.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Forge and maintain relationships.
* Manage a busy workload, prioritise and focus on critical issues when decision making is essential.
* Possess experience of working in an acute Trust and operational management skills.
* Manage administrative teams as part of current role.

Essential Qualifications
* Diploma/Degree in Management or a health‑related subject.

* Previous experience working in a health‑care environment.
* Ability to work in a demanding, pressured environment.
