Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, this role gives you the chance to influence business-critical decisions and lead on complex, high-value projects that truly make a difference. Please note, this role is a Maternity Cover FTC until 30/07/2027 What you’ll be doing: Leading sourcing and contract management across direct and indirect categories. Developing and delivering category strategies that support NHSP’s mission and business goals. Driving supplier negotiations, contract drafting, and governance. Partnering with senior stakeholders to embed best practice procurement. Leading and developing a small team, building a high-performance culture. What we’re looking for: Proven procurement or category management experience in a complex environment. Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation and drafting skills. A strategic thinker who can also deliver at pace. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience leading or coaching team members. Why join us?
