Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit Chef de Rang for our Bar Antoine by Yannick Alleno.
Chef Yannick Alléno is one of Frances most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Allénos philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
Your role
As our Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting?the Bar team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons' and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menu's, ingredients, and beverages within our outlets. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day.
What you will do:
* Deliver seamless, attentive, and knowledgeable service, ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed and impeccably cared for throughout their dining journey.
* Develop a strong understanding of the food and beverage menus, including ingredients, allergens, and pairings, to confidently guide and inspire our guests.
* Set up and maintain your section with precision and pride, ensuring all mise-en-place and presentation standards are met before, during, and after service.
* Support the Restaurant Management team with daily operations, contributing to a smooth, guest-focused environment.
* Anticipate guest needs with a proactive and gracious approach, personalising the experience wherever possible.
What you bring:
* Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine-dining setting.
* A passion for delivering authentic hospitality and an eye for detail.
* Strong food and wine knowledge, ideally with a background in French cuisine or an interest in learning more.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in guest service.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
