This organisation is based in Lisburn but works throughout towns and cities in Northern Ireland. This is a long-standing organisation that is recognised throughout as an industry leader.
Your new role
This role sits within a busy and expanding team. You will work Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (and finish at 16:00 on a Friday). In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
* Tracking company resource allocation and contractors' hours of work
* Administration support with various company contracts
* Assisting with invoices and applications for payments
* Preparing company-specific reports
* Maintaining appropriate filing systems
* Managing office requirements
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
* Managing paperwork
* Covering reception
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative position
* Strong IT skills - particularly in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently and take initiatives
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
