You will provide senior psychiatric leadership within a skilled multidisciplinary team including systemic family therapists, clinical psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians and support staff. The role combines direct specialist assessment and treatment with wider strategic influence across the CYP Eating Disorder pathway.

Payments are pro rata for part-time working.

Key responsibilities

* Physical health monitoring and risk management
* Responsible Clinician duties where required
* Close partnership working with families and carers
* Collaboration with Tier 4 providers and Provider Collaborative colleagues to support step-down pathways
* Contribution to service development, governance and strategic steering groups

You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Sussex-wide CYP Eating Disorder pathway and work alongside leadership colleagues to shape future service direction.
