YOUR ROLE
The Director – Logistics Transformation scops, positions, sells and delivers full end‑to‑end consulting services from pure logistics & distribution strategy through to broader operating model and GBS design programmes. You will guide clients through both established and emerging technology and data‑driven business models, leveraging Capgemini Invent’s full suite of products and services.
Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and engage Capgemini Invent resources to deliver value and outcomes for clients.
* Own the full consulting delivery lifecycle: scope, design, win, execute and drive business impact.
* Collaborate with client account leadership to drive strategic vision, pricing agreement and delivery expectations.
* Drive internal contribution through practice development, white‑papers, thought‑tanks and capability building.
* Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and functional leaders, delivering short‑and long‑term value creation plans.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation, selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience building and delivering high‑impact client programmes and delivering end‑to‑end consulting services.
* Consulting background with a strong record of generating £2m+ consulting revenue per annum.
* Logistics programme and project engagement management with a focus on business‑focused transformation activities.
* Extensive transportation, warehousing and core logistics experience, including design of regional or global transportation desks or ocean control towers.
* Strong coaching and team leadership skills, both internal and client teams.
* Experience in consumer products, retail & distribution or manufacturing sectors is essential.
