Job Description
Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Band 8a Pharmacist with acute experience to join the Pharmacy NOVA Programme (CAPIT) at Basildon Hospital.
You’ll be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care, clinical screening, and medication management across acute wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines in line with NHS standards.
Requirements
* GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
* Proven NHS hospital pharmacy experience (acute setting preferred)
* Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
