Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures• Responsible for operation supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees• Maintain great relationships with key business partners• Work closely with Operation Head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and system
Job Requirement• Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in the cleaning industry• Weekend shift required• Work in a fast-paced environment• Candidates process own transport will be an advantage
