Concierge – Residential Real Estate - Build-to-Rent Development
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £28,000 + 10% bonus

My client is a leading provider in the Build-to-Rent sector. They are looking for someone to work at their residential development. The development has high end apartments, 5* facilities and is run like a hotel.
You will be the face of the company, working at the front desk. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive excellent service and that the high-end apartment building is maintained and managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding service across all touchpoints.
* Sales & Leasing: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from property tours to contract signings, ensuring occupancy targets are met.
* Resident Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Site Management Support: Collaborate with the on-site management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Marketing & Outreach: Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement, events, and outreach to attract prospective tenants.
* Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with leasing and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within property, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Build-to-Rent operations or residential leasing is an advantage but not essential.
