Oracle Consultant (Assets + Lease Accounting)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects, Assets & Lease Accounting Lead to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, workshop facilitation skills, and experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Oracle Cloud implementations across Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting.
2. Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs.
3. Drive process design across Acquire-to-Retire and Project-to-Close workstreams.
4. Develop business process flows, user stories, and solution design documentation.
5. Support sprint planning, prioritisation, and delivery activities.
6. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership.
7. Ensure alignment between business processes and overall solution architecture.
8. Review and improve existing processes to maximise value from Oracle Cloud investments.
9. Support testing, data migration, and cutover planning activities.
Required Experience:
10. 15+ years' experience delivering finance transformation or ERP projects.
11. Extensive Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
12. Strong functional expertise in: Project Costing Project Billing Fixed Assets Lease Accounting
13. Experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.
14. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
15. Proven ability to work in complex, fast-paced project environments.
