About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our marketing campaigns and brand communications across multiple channels. In this role you will help raise awareness of our SaaS-based business applications, generate high-quality enquiries, and provide our sales team with the tools and content they need to win new business.


Responsibilities

* Marketing Campaign Support
* Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote our CRM and ERP software solutions, including email, social media, web and events.
* Support lead generation activities by creating and sending targeted email campaigns, landing pages and follow-up communications in line with agreed plans.
* Coordinate campaign assets such as case studies, brochures and presentations to ensure the sales team always has up to date, on-brand material.
* Help manage and update website content, news items and blog posts to showcase customer success stories and product capabilities.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, form fills, enquiries) and provide basic reports with recommendations for improvement.


Content & Communications

* Draft and proof-read marketing copy for emails, social posts, web pages and event promotions, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
* Assist in the creation of visual content by briefing designers or using templates and tools to produce simple graphics and presentations.
* Help maintain and organise the library of marketing collateral so content is easy to find, current and compliant.
* Support the promotion of webinars, workshops and events, including invitations, reminders and post-event communications.
* Organise the recording and editing of video demonstrations and sales videos, including coordinating the participants and editing the videos yourself when needed.


CRM & Marketing Systems

* Use the company CRM and marketing automation tools to maintain accurate contact data, segment audiences and record campaign activity.
* Ensure marketing lists, consent records and preferences are kept up to date and compliant with relevant data protection regulations.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are captured, assigned and followed up promptly.
* Support background research on target sectors, prospects and competitors to inform campaigns and content themes.
* Help gather and organise customer feedback, case studies and testimonials to demonstrate the results our clients achieve with our solutions.
* Work with sales and account management teams to align marketing activity with their priorities and upcoming campaigns.
* Attend internal training on our business applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pegasus Opera, SuperOffice CRM) to strengthen your product knowledge.
* Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content formats and channels that will help us reach and engage more prospective customers.


Qualifications

* Previous experience in a marketing, administration or sales support role, ideally within B2B or technology sectors.
* Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media and web content management.
* Experience using CRM and/or marketing tools (e.g. SuperOffice CRM, Dynamics 365, eMarketeer, Mailchimp or similar) is an advantage.


Required Skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing copy, and explain your ideas clearly.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support day-to-day marketing activity.
* Understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to work with data to measure results.
* Experience of any of the main business applications we sell (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, SuperOffice CRM, Pegasus Opera) would be an advantage.
* Video editing experience using either Camtasia, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Image editing experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar applications.
* Familiarity with email marketing or marketing automation platforms integrated with CRM, such as eMarketeer.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, social media advertising or PPC.
* Experience of helping to organise webinars, trade shows or customer events.
