Responsibilities

* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience
* Conduct regular performance evaluations of kitchen staff, promoting professional development
* Needs to be flexible with weekend availability
