You have * Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting * Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) * Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support * The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach * Be passionate about making a change to our customers lives Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves.
