£41,732 - £42,989 per annum
PLUS Bursary up to £1,800 per year (qualification level dependent)
PLUS, up to £11,000 professional development bursary for formal education and training qualifications including:
Level 3-5 Education & Teaching
Level 3 TAQA Assessor Qualification
Level 4 TAQA Internal Quality Assurance Qualification

Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Team Leader (CTL) within the Construction and Engineering Department. The department offers a broad range of courses from Level 1 up to Level 4 including both 16-19 and adult learning courses and Higher Education Courses.
As a Curriculum Team Leader you willsupport the Director of Curriculum in managing and guiding the curriculum team to achieve targets and objectives across the curriculum areas in line with an agreed set of critical success factors. The role has a particular focus on teaching, learning and assessment and performance management across our Engineering and Construction courses.
Applicants will require working knowledge and experience within the areas of Engineering or Construction. The successful candidate will teach across a range of courses at the academy s aligned to their occupational skillset in order to deliver high quality provision to our learners. In this role, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate innovative teaching and learning, coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide learners to succeed.
Applicants will ideally hold a relevant Higher Education qualification and have industry experience alongside appropriate teaching and assessing qualifications.
Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications will be required.
