Job Description
3. Prepare and present monthly management accounts with detailed analysis.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to aid business planning.
5. Oversee and ensure accuracy in all general ledger entries and reconciliations.
6. Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Provide financial insight and advice to the Finance team.
8. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and processes.
10. Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Professional accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
12. Strong experience in management accounting within the Business Services industry.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
14. Keen attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to work effectively within a team in an Accounting & Finance environment.
16. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
