I'm currently partnered with a prestige commercial property management business who are looking to appoint a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to support running the day to day finances of the business. Ideally looking for someone who as done a similar role for a small business, having touched all areas of finance and can work of there own initiative. Role
Full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property portfolios
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
Handling all aspects of accounts payable/receivable and tenant billing
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Managing bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
Supporting budget preparation and monitoring against actuals
Liaising with external accountants for year-end reporting
Overseeing rent roll, service charge reconciliations, and client account compliance
Ensuring financial processes align with property and client reporting requirements
Requirement
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience and understanding using Xero
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
